We have been informed about a "log in loop" error on our website that's affecting our members, where they're prevented from receiving their specialised prices and accessing the members exclusive page.

If you are experiencing this issue, try some of these troubleshooting fixes:
- Fully log out from Shopify and log back in (Side tab should change from "Log in" to "Account")
- Clearing your internet cache
- Try using Incognito mode
