All Sales Are Final
At Card X Collectables, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once a purchase has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives in the best possible condition. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Enquiries@cxcollectables.com.au
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, please provide:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Your order number and proof of purchase
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Condition disputes on sealed or pre-owned items
- Minor imperfections or factory printing defects on trading cards (such as centering issues or minor edge wear)
